Lord as I sit here and meditate on you
My heart is truly overwhelmed by everything you do
I guess it's just not meant to be
For me to comprehend
Why you would give your life for me
And take away my sin
When you could have stayed in heaven
And never left your throne
But because you loved me so you chose to die alone
Before I was even formed you saw what I could be
Then you told the Father "This one belongs to me"
You saw my potential and you're the only one
Who believed I could do the job
You desired to have done
Now I have grown older and a little wiser too
I'm beginning to understand what you would have me do
You know it's hard to drown out all the negativity
I heard when I was growing up
When no one believed I'd be
Smart enough in their eyes to accomplish anything
But thank you Lord for seeing me throught the eyes of  the King
I know you have gifted me and with you're help I'll do
Everything I can to bring multitudes to you
